Refund Policy
Summit Sourcing Group, LLC
Effective Date: March 1st, 2026
Summit Sourcing Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides professional consulting and advisory services. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:
Consulting & Advisory Services
All fees paid for consulting, advisory, and project-based engagements compensate the Company for time, expertise, analysis, and reserved availability.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement:

Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable.

Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable.
90-Day Engagements & Project-Based Services
For fixed-fee or milestone-based engagements:

Payments made for completed phases are non-refundable.

If a client elects to terminate the engagement early, fees for services performed up to the termination date remain due.

Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be refunded at the sole discretion of the Company, less services rendered and administrative costs.
Retainer Agreements
For monthly retainer arrangements:

Retainer fees secure availability and are earned when paid.

Either party may terminate with written notice in accordance with the signed agreement.

No partial-month refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in writing.
Performance-Based Engagements
If services include a performance-based or savings-share component, compensation terms will be governed by the signed client agreement. Refunds do not apply to earned performance fees.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
